Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

Casa Moon Lanzarote

Casa Moon is a detached house with a pool and sunbathing area. With easy access from the airport and close to the main road, making it easy to discover the beautiful island of Lanzarote. It is an ideal accommodation for large families or groups as it has 4 bedrooms with television and air conditioning, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen and open dining room and living room with sea views. Duplex with an ocean view

Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful seaside walk. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away with buses running to Arrecife Capital, meaning that one can get by without an auto; if you do want to rent one, there is a free parking space in front of the house.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Centrally located but in a quiet area (Playa Bastian area), in a complex with 2 swimming pools, one of them just a few steps from the apartment, a very well-kept garden and just a 5-minute walk from the beach and promenade. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, a spacious and bright living room with a large window, an open kitchen, and a terrace with a table and bench.

Coqueto 2 bedroom bungalow with communal pool and direct ocean access. The bungalow is newly renovated, with all the amenities and located in one of the best areas of Lanzarote. Very quiet place, less than 5 minutes from the beach and shopping areas. It has a very bright large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and modern decor. Private terrace to enjoy the nice weather of the island.

Fantastic accommodation with ocean views and the pool is located in a small complex on the beachfront with direct beach access from the apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Bathroom with hairdryer, towels. Terrace overlooking the pool and with direct access to it. Bedroom with ocean view.

Entire apartment 4 people with pool

The apartment is south facing and gives you sun all day long, very bright with windows in every bedroom and bathroom. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and on Wednesdays and Fridays 20 minutes walk they put a flea market in the Pueblo Marinero.
