Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away with buses running to Arrecife Capital, meaning that one can get by without an auto; if you do want to rent one, there is a free parking space in front of the house.
