La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable. De un lado, se encuentra justo en el corazón de Costa Teguise, a un minuto de la playa, a pocos metros del Pueblo Marinero, junto a parques, restaurantes, tiendas y aparcamiento gratuito. De otro, al tener su acceso por calle peatonal, la paz y la tranquilidad son totales.

It is a ground floor apartment, located within a quiet complex which is approximately ten minutes from the beach and main promenade. It has been entirely refurbished, extremely welcoming and of a modern tendency however respecting the traditional elements of the surroundings; private terrace equipped with patio/terrace furniture, built in wardrobes in both bedrooms, ceiling lights and fans, full kitchen, etc. It is ideal for couples, business trips and small families.
