This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The accommodation in the residential complex of Aloha Garden in Costa Adeje is a place of peace located in a touristic area of Torviscas alto. The functionally furnished apartment with its private South facing terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. A shared community swiming pool. Wonderful panoramic views to the ocean and La Gomera. Around 20 min to the beach. Restaurants, gym nearby. The bus stop by complex gates. Several minutes to CC X Sur.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the house open, dive in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without hurry... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.
