Le logement se situe à 400m de l'arrêt de bus et seulement 3 km de la station de ski alpin (côte 2000) où vous pourrez pratiquer le VTT de descente. Vous atteindrez (sans véhicule) en dix minutes le village avec ses commerces et en quinze minutes ses multiples aménagements (centre aquatique, patinoire, espace de remise en forme, bowling, cinéma, bibliothèque…).

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Spacious and serene accommodation thanks to the many plants inside and on the large terrace of more than 15m2. Accessible by car , Grenoble city center is 15 min away and ski resorts is 45 min away The apartment consists of a very large living room, equipped with a stove and reversible air conditioning,a 160 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with American fridge,and a mezzanine, a real cocoon with views of the stars thanks to the velux.

Charming cottage of 45 m2 completely renovated, all comfort , in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4* rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
