I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
