Holiday rentals with a patio in Constantine Bay

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

We stayed at Zoe's place for three nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The instructions on how to get to the apartment, car parking and gaining entry were first class and check in went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Falmouth is a great town with lots of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. It's also a good base to travel to other areas of Cornwall. Zoe was a great host and on the odd occasion we had to communicate she was very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described. The beds and sofas were very comfortable! Great to have little touches like water, milk, biscuits, and the air fryer made it easy to cook simple meals. A convenient location as we were visiting both Eden Project & Heligan

Had a brilliant stay . Accommodation was excellent , clean and as described. Perfect location for Fistral beach we didn’t use the car at all whilst there - we walked or used local taxis (reasonable). Would definitely stay again. Thanks

This place is a beautiful home with a nice private backyard and very modern interior. The dog from the owner came over every day which was very nice for our kids. We arrived very late but everything was great from the beginning. On the first morning we received freshly baked bread from the owner. Within 30 minutes of driving there are lots of things to do. You can experience Cornwall including beautiful beaches but also relax in the house including a nice fireplace. Absolutely recommend this place!!!

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Wheelwright House! The house itself is beautiful inside, and very comfortable, with everything you need. The beds were super comfy and the sheets and towels were pristine. Our girls (3 &6 years old) loved the bunk beds and the games and books throughout the house were loved by all. Great location with a local pub serving good food in walking distance and a play park for the kids! Perfect base for visiting Wadebridge, Padstow, Rock, Polzeath & Port Isaac. We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

We had a fabulous stay, Anne was a great host and check in was super easy. The garden was ideal as we had our dog with us, who also thoroughly enjoyed his stay ☺️🐾 plenty of blankets, books, board games and a perfectly clean home. We stayed for 3 nights and felt right at home. Would highly recommend. Great biscuits to accompany the coffee too!

Just wow! The perfect house for our first family holiday! We loved every bit of this beautiful home and it feels very loved and well cared for and everything is in great condition. The main thing we loved was it was SPOTLESS! We were blown away by how clean it was it’s the cleanest place we’ve stayed it was hotel standard. This was much appreciated travelling with our baby. The rooms were perfect for our set up for the baby and we really enjoyed the garden and balcony in the evenings. It’s the perfect surf shack off the beach. We found the parking was absolutely all we needed and although it wasn’t very walkable to the beach for us but that’s because we have a baby and too much stuff to take and not the houses fault it’s a short roll down the hill in the car. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Just fabulous! Beautiful lodge with artful decoration & dressing, plus a breathtaking view out over the river, day & night. Really well equipped modern kitchen & bathroom, ample power points, soft & bright lighting to suit your mood, comfy bed & pillows, comfy seating both indoors & on the patio. Claire has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect!

Simon’s lovely home exceeded our expectations! It was warm, charming and absolutely immaculate. The home itself is a work of art with beautiful, creative, and thoughtful details throughout. We had absolutely everything we needed except more time to stay and enjoy it. We already are looking forward to our return! The town is as charming as can be, and a short walk from Simon’s home. Simon was an exceptional host. Thank you for everything Simon!

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

Great location overlooking the sea and St Michael's Mount but minutes walk From the station, restaurant and bars. Penzance has lots to offer and we easily got about by train or walking.

We had a great stay at The Hideaway. The location was perfect - turn left and you’re a ten minute walk from Gylly beach, turn right and walk to the end of the road and you’re on the high street! We didn’t need to use the car at all as everywhere was so walkable. Barbara was a great host. The listing is exactly as it is described and she responded really quickly to my messages. She’s also thought of everything we could need. There’s hand soap, tea / coffee, hair dryer etc but she’s also left ponchos for the rain, different weight duvets and some cold water in the fridge! The cottage itself has low ceilings but that was fine for us. It’s clean and tidy and there’s plenty of storage for your belongings and luggage. The only thing we had an issue with is the bed. Although it’s really comfy it squeaks every time you move even a little bit. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely book again in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay in Carbis Bay. The apartment is in a great location with short walk to beach and to the train to St Ives. The view from the balcony is lovely and we were able to make the most of the good weather that we had. The kitchen is well equipped so we could make our own meals when we didn't feel like eating out. The secure parking was a real bonus too.
