Located 10 minutes from the historic center of Perugia, it is in a strategic position to reach the main tourist destinations of Umbria, such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

From our accommodation in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city can offer you.

The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break.
