It has been sympathetically renovated to bring it up to 21st century standards with electricity generated using our solar panels. The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns.

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
