Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. This handcrafted dwelling is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. We are ideally situation in a very quiet part of the village near the pretty church and a lovely pub . An easy 20 minute stroll takes you up the village to the beach and the South West Coastal path . We are dog friendly and there are a number of public footpaths that run past the door .
