We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Cosy self contained home, annexed to owners cottage. Well equipped double bedroom with own ensuite shower room and garden view. Separate well equipped kitchenette. Off-street parking for one car. Beach, Bexhill Town, De La Warr Pavillion, Egerton Park, Bexhill museum, all within a 30 minute walk, or short drive if you prefer. Good base for exploring Sussex coastline by car, train or buses. TV has limited Freeview & radio stations. WiFi is intermittent.

Holthurst - Modern seafront flat

Holthurst, a stylish flat with balcony in an Edwardian Villa right on the seafront near the De La Warr Pavilion and town centre. Ideal for 2 or 3 people. Shared entrance hall but once in the flat, it's just yours. No pets. The flat has appeared on a Royal Mail postage stamp! This is a well equipped flat, much loved by the owners who use it regularly for weekends and holidays, hence it has most things you will need in good working order.
