Very responsive host, the accommodation is very quiet and peaceful

We (4 adults and 5 children) had four wonderful days in Paris and could not have wished for better accommodation. 🍀 When we arrived, there was no parking space on the street, but the host let us park in the courtyard – very nice! ⭐️ The house was cozy, clean and reminded me of my childhood – I felt at home. ⭐️ The bed linen was fresh and comfortable – better than in many hotels. ⭐️ ⚠️ An important note for families with small children: A staircase in the house is not secured – you have to be careful. You can even barbecue in the courtyard – very pleasant! ☑️ The accommodation is in a quiet area, the RER station is nearby – ideal for reaching the center. ⭐️ The hosts were super friendly, helpful and always available. ⭐️ Another note: There is a lovely cat that 🐈comes and goes freely in the house. Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

A very good welcome by Vanessa. The location is ideal for visiting Versailles on foot. The house is quiet and the small shaded terrace area allows you to eat outside.

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Laurent was extremely helpful, for example, in expaining best public transport options to get to places. Always answered very promptly any/all questions eg where to park. Do book this house if you like 1970’s design classics, want to be in a real home in a very nice area (lovely houses to look at when walking to Lake or train station). Don’t book this house if you are expecting a bland, characterless place with no quirks. The stairs, for instance, are a little tricky especially if more than one person using them. We failed to understand that the water pressure being low was an eco friendly thing - think can increase it if wanted! The house is in a ‘real’ part of town - not a tourist ghetto - so no loud partying outside to upset the neighbours!

The stay at Catherine and Philippe's went very well. The location is ideal for visiting Paris and the peaceful environment. There are all the amenities within walking distance (shops, market, metro...), and the necessary for housing (bed linen, toilet, cleaning products, condiments...). A place to remember!

Had the best time at this home. It is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are so warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Paris.

We had a lovely time at Damien’s home. Our children loved the backyard and I enjoyed the top floor bedroom. Also it was great to have a secure parking spot. It was a pleasure getting to know Damien and his family. We hope to return for more stays.

What a fantastic place to stay in a quiet area a short distance (and easy to travel by train) from Paris. Spacious, full of comforts and a very likeable host who is very willing to arrange everything as well as possible! We had a great time in this house: highly recommended!

Agnes is a thoughtful, gracious host. She provided me with all the information I needed and showed me around. The studio is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

Loved the stay. It was very easy to find. We arrived early and the hosts gave us an opportunity to drop our luggage & freshen up. The appartement was as described and we had few snacks/drinks waiting for us when we checked in. Amazing service from the hosts. Clean and spacey appartment.

Wow. This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The garden is also very relaxing and lovely for outdoor dining. The location is very peaceful with local shops and supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Central Paris is only 15 minutes on the metro, so whilst you can come home and get way from it all, it's also so easy to be right back in the heart of Paris. Fabienne was a wonderful host, very friendly and really made an effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. If we come to back to Paris, this will be where we would love to stay again. Leng's villa was just wonderful. A perfect place to come to after a busy few days in Paris. Very clean, and with everything we needed for cooking (even the knives were sharp which is rare in AirB&Bs!). Just a short walk past beautiful houses into the town, her recommendation of La Tradition for bread, sandwiches and sweet goodies, was perfect. We went there every day! The beds were very comfy and the sofa bed downstairs pulled out to make a great sofa in the evening for myself, hubby and 2 kids. I would absolutely come back to Leng's in a heartbeat!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is on the outskirts of Paris, in a very quiet and beautiful environment, but with good public transport connections to get to the center. The accommodation had everything you needed and the host, Biba, was very friendly and always willing to help. We loved that he left us bikes, it was ideal for walking with my brothers! I totally recommend this place. Comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for a different experience in Paris.

A lovely house near a metro station. The house is fully equipped, has 2 bedrooms, one on the street side and one on the quiet garden side. Outside a cozy sitting area, right next to the kitchen. You can relax downstairs in the garden with a book in a lazy chair. The smart TV offers the possibility to watch Netflix, for example. A short distance away 2 excellent restaurants with a good quality/ price ratio. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely book with Wil.

Great stay at Elise's. The accommodation matches the listing and photos in every way. Responsive owner and always good advice. Cozy well-appointed house, with small garden. A big thank you, we had a lovely time.

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

Good and comfortable stay. Clean space as well. 1.5kms away from the station but if you could walk it’s a great place to stay.

2 charming, spacious, tasteful and well-equipped rooms. The private outdoor space is very appreciable, table, high stools, bench...and greenery. Very Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly and welcoming hosts.
