Great and clean place. Family friendly and great house

This was a wonderful stay for a long weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Large kitchen and seating for meals. Private land with a pond and lots of walking trails. Ten minute quaint walk to Lake Somerville through a quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent at communicating and had the house very user friendly. We stayed to visit Round Top and the drive was a bit far but worth the pricing, and the view along the way was amazing in the spring with all of the bluebonnets.

Very nice home. Great location. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, spacious master bedroom and bath, as well as the comfortable living room. Friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend!

Michael is one of the very best host you could ever come across. He is very helpful, quick with responses and over all when you are out of town you want to stay at someone’s home. Like Michael’s. If it was available everything time I needed it. That’s the only place in Bryan I would stay. We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts for making traveling easier for me and my family.

Sweet home located in a quiet section of town. Loads of room and places to lounge in the house. Comfortable beds and bedding!

We enjoyed our stay. The house provided everything that we needed to have a restful stay. We were close enough to campus and everywhere else we wanted to go during our visit. Thank you for providing a comfortable place for families to stay together.

Easy location to get anywhere in and around campus. Although there are people living in the surrounding properties, the place still felt very quiet and private the entire time. We always had a parking place available and plenty of space to relax.

Quiet, comfortable & convenient. Sweet & friendly dogs were a plus. No better place to watch thunderstorms then the peace & quiet of being outside. Jodie was very accommodating to our late arrivals. Thank you again

Great place to stay at College Station, particularly so when compared to local hotels

This place was great! It was my first time coming back to college station after graduating a bit under a year ago, and Allison’s place was a great stay for this trip. The place is beautiful, and clean.

This place was great for our busy weekend in CStat! We had the privilege of meeting Margaret and her husband who were so nice and super accommodating! They even gave us a tour of their chicken coop! We enjoyed the pets who came to visit and the ability to grill and have our daughter over for dinner.

Nice place. Not far from campus, Sean is incredibly helpful.

The house itself was lovely—clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The immediate street wasn’t quite as polished as the home, but overall it didn’t take away from our stay. It was We stayed with a 4 year old and a newborn comfortably. The home is a duplex on a corner lot, so it was easy to get in and out of the street. Both sides of the duplex is used for Airbnb, so it was comforting knowing the neighbors next to us were also visitors. The home is minutes from campus and close to everything you need. Host was quick to respond and helped get bedsheets delivered for the pull out couch that we used in the living room. We tried Ohana Korean Grill from his list of suggestions and loved it! We would stay here again.

Sonia was very professional and friendly. Check in was simple. The duplex was very clean, well-organized and the location was excellent. I would recommend staying at Sonia's duplex.

We stayed while visiting our daughter at Texas A&M. The location was convenient to the university, and allowed us plenty of local options for food and drink. The home was spacious and allowed us to relax and spend quality family time together. The host’s were very gracious and provided lots of little extra amenities to make the stay more than comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!!

We booked this gem for Texas A&M Family Weekend and it was just perfect! Everything was so clean. The decor is well appointed and very classy, cozy and inviting! Bed was super comfy! It was SO close to the college and our daughter which really allowed us so much extra time with her! We will definitely be adding this place to the top of the list for future visits! If it’s available don’t hesitate to book!

For the price this was an excellent place to stay while visiting students at A&M. For reference, it looks like it was probably once an off campus dorm. The four bedrooms with private bathrooms were great to have. Only simple improvements I would suggest are needed would be that there is no lamps in any of the bedrooms, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. My bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to sleep it’s definitely worth it!

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and close to campus. The complex is kind of "meh", but Caitlin's condo was fantastic!

Easy five star. Has every amenities and more. Worth every buck. The host has paid attention to minute details of the house which I know y’all will appreciate. There are good eateries nearby and the college is just 10min drive away. Highly recommend!
