7F Lodge - Batts Ferry Log Cabin

Batts Ferry is a much more modern version of a log cabin indicative of 1848. It is named in honor of the Batts family, which ran a ferry at the Brazos River on land neighboring 7F Land and Cattle Company. The Batts Ferry cabin is one of our coziest cabins with an interior of log walls, raised ceiling, king-sized bed and a round 2–person Jacuzzi tub set in the middle of a wooden water cistern. The screened-in front porch includes two rocking chairs and a domino table; perfect for a cool evening.

Always clean. Always convenient. A private queen bedroom and smaller room with a queen sleeper sofa, private entrance, kitchenette, and bath and a half. Located in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. Included: small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, and a few basic items for breakfast for guests with short-term stays. Since discounts are offered to guests for longer stays, breakfast is not included with them. WANT ANOTHER BED AND A DEN?? We also offer Cody’s Quarters suite!

HALF-ACRE is just 3 miles from the A&M campus, and is a roomy home on a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac, sitting on a half-acre with oak trees, backing up to a creek and green belt. Easy access to Hwy 6 and Texas Avenue! It's a peacefully-perfect and roomy gathering place for families and friends (but please be advised, this is NOT A "PARTY HOUSE." )

Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

G & C cozy room 1

Our home is in a well maintained development called Austin's Colony at the very end of a cul-de-sac. You can park your car free of charge on our driveway. Plenty of restaurants, a Kroger grocery store, and a liquor store are only about 1.5 miles from our house. The large backyard has a covered patio, BBQ and swimming pool you're free to use. Update :I have 2 rooms available now so when its all booked you have to share bathroom which I always see to it that they are always clean.
