Great place to stay at College Station, particularly so when compared to local hotels

This place was great! It was my first time coming back to college station after graduating a bit under a year ago, and Allison’s place was a great stay for this trip. The place is beautiful, and clean.

We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but the place had everything we would have needed. We were there for a short time to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We enjoyed our stay there and would come back. Host was very responsive.

Great space and great hosts! Everything was exactly as described, plus a few extra touches that made it seem more like home.

This was a lovely neighborhood, and I really enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. Location was super convenient to my workshop at The George hotel, and there were plenty of nearby convenience stores and food options. The apartment itself is proudly but tastefully Aggie-themed, and has every amenity you might need. I particularly enjoyed having laundry capability, though I hadn't originally thought I'd need it. I have to mention that the bed was super comfortable, and I slept extremely well over my two-night stay.

All the basics were covered for an affordable price! This place has a walking trail nearby, is so close to A&M and all the stores and restaurants you could ask for. Host communicated well!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and well situated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We plan on coming back on our next trip!

Spacious and very clean Airbnb. The communication and location were great as well. Downstairs neighbors were a little noisy but that is just apartments. We didn’t mind.

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! Our group was in town for Chilifest and the location of the house was perfect. The house was so clean, and everything was in perfect condition. The attention to detail was immaculate, from the makeup wipes in the bathroom to the filtered water in the fridge, it was perfect. 100000/10. Highly recommend. We will definitely be staying with Kristina again!

The location of the house was unfortunate due to it being next to a popular road where everyone has loud cars with loud music. One of the TVs in the bedroom doesn’t work but that was fine. Everything else was great. One of the only airbnbs I’ve been in where the beds were actually quality with duvets as the comforter! Also has fun games to play including Ping Pong in the garage. Great location in regards to everything there is to do in college station

This place was perfect for our stay in College Station. It was convenient to our activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed having a separate bathroom for e ach bedroom. Everything was as described, and the place was very clean and comfortable.

My kids, fur-baby, and I found this home to be the perfect place for our stay. It was close to so many amenities, the neighbors were friendly, and home was exactly the right size and location to meet all of our needs. Thank you!

Beautiful place. It was just as described. There were 7 of us and even though the house is small, it’s perfectly designed and having 3 bathrooms was so helpful. I love that it has everything you need like a hotel stay-even shampoo, conditioner and lotion. This was a great stay for us!

This spot is the perfect little country get away. Nothing fancy, but clean, functional, with plenty of outdoor space. Gloria is a thoughtful host who doesn't ask for much out her guests beyond respect. Happy to find a property that was exactly as described, without lots of rules and involved check-in/check-out procedures. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics needed for a wonderful weekend.

This Airbnb is probably the best one we’ve ever stayed at as far as the layout of the house, cleanliness, organization, etc. She had thought of everything. There were plenty of towels and necessities in the bathroom to last the weekend. We cooked all of our meals there and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Lots of games and puzzles which we took full advantage. She had drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. WiFi was great. The location is south of campus and about 10 min from Kyle Field. It’s close but far enough that you don’t have to deal with traffic until you get close to campus. This time we were there for Ring Day but we will be staying here again as our fourth Aggie is Class of ‘29.

Aileen was very responsive and our stay at her place was very pleasant. The directions to get there and to enter were clear, so we had no problems on arrival. It was clean, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked Keurig cups so we didn’t have to worry about where we would get our morning coffee :) It was in a convenient location, close to campus. We would stay here again if available for our next visit.

Chris was a great host. He commumicated often and was responsive to questions.

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and close to campus. The complex is kind of "meh", but Caitlin's condo was fantastic!

If you are looking for a super updated place with lots of amenities, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a clean space in a super convenient location with a very responsive host then this place is great!

very well appointed, close to many things, great communication, would stay again

It was a very nice experience! My first time at an Airbnb. I’ve always been hesitant to use one because I’m so accustomed to hotels. I had a lot of what if’s. But the neighborhood was safe and in a very good location. I have a family of five and with hotels, we sometimes book two rooms so the 3 bedroom townhome fit us perfectly.
