The house has been completely renovated and is located in the very first suburbs, a short walk from the historic center of Foligno and the Gonzaga Barracks, reachable by car in just 3/5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes and 8 minutes by bike. The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
