Claude was very welcoming and concerned about our well-being. He also gave us some good recommendations! The accommodation is well located and allows easy access to the center of Clermont. The garage is a real plus. We'll be back without a problem.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, very clean, well-kept, equipped with all comforts. Super location. You access it via a stone spiral staircase that requires a little attention but gives you all the pleasure of literally living the history of the city and contributes to the charm of the place. Very attentive and kind host. A real pleasure, if we have the opportunity we will certainly try to return. Thanks!!

I had a great time at this place. Very comfortable, perfectly located, impeccably clean. With the heat, the air conditioning really made a difference and allowed me to sleep well. Clean, bright apartment, and clear instructions. Great proximity to the city centre! Special attention is paid to the provision of games for all ages. Maybe a suggestion, to have at least one video streaming platform but it wasn't a problem. Thank you.

What a beautiful apartment! A tasteful combination of preserving the old cultural elements of the building (wood floors, fireplace, volcano /mountain rocks, wood beams) while adding modern and comfortable features (fully and tastefully renovated space). The AC on a hot day was appreciated. Very comfortable and spacious king size bed and sofa. Good quality mattress, pillows and linens. New sound-proof windows. Excellent espresso provided. Centrally located. Walking distance from the cathedral, pedestrian shopping area and many food choices. By far the best quality and coziest Rbnb we’ve ever rented !!!! Merci!

Very pleasantly surprised! The accommodation was very good, clean and refurbished. Small downside for the landing and the common areas, but that can't be blamed on the host. Great value for money. I would highly recommend.

What a lovely place! We had a wonderful stay at Magda’s apartment. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were all spacious and comfortable. The only small downside is that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get from the other bedrooms to the kitchen, bathroom, or living room. But aside from that, it’s a great apartment in a fantastic location. Communication with Magda and Aziadé was smooth and pleasant.

Impeccable, clean and comfortable accommodation. Very convenient to walk to the Marcel Michelin stadium, which was perfect for our match. On the other hand, there are few options for eating nearby, you have to quickly take the car to reach the centre. Otherwise, everything went very well!

Beautiful accommodation refurbished and fully customizable. Close to the hyper centre, a few metres from bars and restaurants. The spa was great, the shower very nice and the services really perfect (Netflix, breakfast, towels and bathrobes, shower gel, coffee...) We will come back and enjoy the other services at an extra cost. Thanks

Charming accommodation, consistent with the description of the site. Pleasant and attentive hosts. Five minutes from the centre of Clermont Ferrand, and departures for the various motorways such as A71, A 89 and A 75. Very convenient.

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Nicolas' place, who are wonderful hosts and were always on hand with help and advice. The apartment is in a very quiet and calm location with a beautiful garden and lots of green. The appartment is very well equipped, clean, and pleasantly cool when the outside temperature is warm. Good for up to four people with plenty of outside space. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely recommended.
