In the quiet neighborhood of Vallières, a 15-minute walk from Place de Jaude and a 10-minute walk from the bus station, I will have the pleasure of hosting you in my 67 m2 3-room apartment with equipped kitchen. View of the city of Clermont Ferrand and Puy de Dôme, you will think you are already out of the city and in the countryside. Close to the south exit of Clermont Ferrand, you will be a 15-minute drive to the Zenith and the Grande Halle d'Auvergne. No parking difficulties. Breakfast included.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre chambre d'hôtes située au rez de chaussée de notre maison . Le prix comprends la nuitée et les petits déjeuners composés de produits bio ou locaux. Les draps et le linge de toilette sont fournis , le ménage est assuré par nos soins à la fin du sejour. De septembre à juin nous vous proposons un panier repas pour 2 personnes à 33 €(soupe maison,terrine d'Auvergne, St Nectaire fermier,pain maison,verrine de fromage blanc avec fruits)+7€ avec une Btl de Chateaugay.

Idéalement placé dans une rue piétonne à une centaine de mètres de la cathédrale Notre-Dame de l'assomption et proche de toutes commodités, la localisation de ce "cocon" sera idéale pour vos voyages touristiques ou séjours professionnels en terre volcanique.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Vulcania, 20 minutes from Puy de Dôme and 30 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. The trailer is located on my property. It has two 140 x 190 beds. The bathroom is private (shower - sink - dry toilet). Linens and towels are provided.
