I live in a beautiful apartment close to the Coubertin nautical stadium, the Philippe Marcombe stadium, the bus station, the La Comédie theater... and less than ten minutes from the city center. The apartment is quiet, non-smoking with beautiful parquet where it feels good to walk barefoot (I will ask you to put your shoes at the entrance). Bright, with beautiful windows, it faces east-west, which allows, weather permitting, to enjoy the two balconies for eating out.

A 5-minute walk from the village of Volvic, close to the start of trails and hikes. We are 20 minutes by car from Clermont-Ferrand and 15 minutes from Vulcania. Our house is intended for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. -We offer a studio: Dining table, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen - Internet -Toilet and shower - Bed (1600x2000) - bed (1200x1900) -Only dogs are accepted: We ask for an extra €15 per stay per dog not exceeding 40cm at the withers, beyond this size the surcharge amounts to €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

Our room is ideally located close to all shops, within 5 minutes' walking distance. It is also a 15-minute walk to downtown Clermont-Ferrand and only a 10-minute drive to Puy De Dôme. Located in a 6,000 m² garden, Lothantic offers 3 bedrooms, including a family room, in a house separate from the family home. Each is equipped with quality bedding and an ensuite bathroom with private shower and toilet. A continental breakfast consisting of bread, homemade jams and pastries will be served. As there is no table d'hôtes, an equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
