Monthly Rentals in Clearwater Beach Island

We recently stayed at The Avalon Club and it was everything we expected it to be. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place was incredible clean. Floors were mopped and dry and carpet free of sand all throughout main hallways and lobby. Our suite was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view and short walk to the beach. Each day we used towels, chairs and umbrellas and it was so easy to check them out and they always had plenty for us to choose from. We could not recommend The Avalon Club enough. We are extremely happy.

Jennifer was the quintessential host and responded immediately. The property was exactly as described and the location was absolutely perfect — close enough to downtown to walk and far away enough to have peace and quiet at night. The beach was slammed down to the left of us, but our location stayed nice and quiet the whole time. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay and Play was top notch with plenty of activities to choose from. If you decide to choose to stay, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you to all who works there for the friendly service!

Great location, so close to the beach & 10 minute to walk downtown. You get what you pay for in terms of the living space and what comes inside. No beach supplies (which I bet people are leaving/throwing out often… like us… wish they could just keep them in the closet for future guests) , no paper towel(which is stated).. etc. Lea was very responsive and helpful & this is definitely old Florida. Renovated well after the hurricane.
