Beachfront holiday rental in Clearwater Beach Island

My family and I were so excited to be able to return this summer, to Kamiron's beautiful place! It exceeded our expectations just like the year before. Kamiron is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever had, and we hope to return again soon! Her place is fully stocked with everything you might need, it's so clean and decorated so beautifully! We love the cozy beds, the layout of the house, and it's located centered to every restaurant or shop you will love. The beach is stunning to wake up to, and enjoy coffee sitting on the cozy- large porch. I love, that the ocean is just a very short walk from her place. It's all so amazing! We cannot say enough about it! Thanks again for great communication and your lovely home away from home!

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

Todd’s place is beautiful! Included more things than most we have stayed in like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, good beach chairs and wagon ! Lots of nice bath towels. Great location on the beach and nice big garage. The one thing that we noticed is the very low water flow in the showers making rinsing soap off a long process.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time! The condo was spacious for my family of 5 and very clean. All the extra towels were appreciated and the pool was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was amazing. The best part of the condo was the huge balcony and view of the harbor. You can’t beat the view! The condo is in a very busy area and the beach was packed every day which we didn’t love. However, once back at the condo on the balcony, it was so quiet and peaceful and worth every penny!

Location was awesome!!! Right on the beach. Loved our view from our deck. Really enjoyed the elevator. Made our stay even more enjoyable. We made great memories with our daughter and grandkids. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved the decor and the open space for our whole family to enjoy. The location was perfect just one block to the beach (a more private area of the beach than most!) and easy to get to Clearwater or restaurants in Indian Rocks area. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked... really the whole home had all of the necessities plus plenty of special touches and extras. We loved the backyard and the pool was a huge hit! The corn hole, beach balls, water guns and mini shuffle board game kept everyone having fun the whole stay. Outdoor shower was so convenient when coming in from the beach. Thank you Grace for a beautiful vacation!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Our stay at 488 Harbor Dr was nothing short of unforgettable. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos. Waking up to panoramic water views, lounging by the crystal-clear pool, and ending the day by the fire pit with a breathtaking sunset over the bay—it was pure magic. The home is incredibly pet-friendly, which made it easy to enjoy our time without leaving our pup behind. He loved exploring the yard (especially in his shark vest!) while we relaxed poolside or fished right off the private dock. Our family made lasting memories—from the kids running around with hibiscus flowers in hand to peaceful mornings casting lines into the water. The layout of the home is perfect for both quiet mornings and family fun throughout the day. The location is ideal: peaceful, private, and still close to local attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The host was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home.

We had a great experience! It was the perfect set up for our family and could’ve easily accommodated a few more than we had. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the beach toys and games available too! Brandon was super responsive and allowed us a late check out which was super helpful with our travel arrangements.

I chose this home mainly because of its location – and it did not disappoint! The beach was only a 4-minute walk away, with soft white sand and crystal clear water. It was clean and never too crowded, perfect for relaxing. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, which made it very convenient for dining out. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. One of my favorite features was the backyard – a great spot to relax with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. It was perfect for spending time outside in the evenings. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!
