Best Hosts Ever! The apartment was exactly as described and if you follow their clear instructions, easy to find. Compassion was responsive and always timely. I had some issues extending my stay and they were quick to act and resolve. Not enough stars for Compassion, I highly recommend staying here as Ill definitely return!

I have been able to use different Airbnb’s in Juarez and we finally found the one that we will be coming back and book. The apartment is clean and modern, comfortable and safe, Benjamin went above and beyond on communication and being helpful. Angel de guard was so Helpful and friendly. Very peaceful place to stay. And Patricio the guy that works there he was very nice, always checking in if we needed anything if I had a question he was always happy to help, he showed me where everything was like laundry, the gym etc he is a very great guy that help our stay there to be more comfortable! The apartment is very comfortable from the beds and pillows to the couch. I recommend this place 100%

Great stay, communication with the host, check- in/out and assistance were great. There was some construction around but I understand that is not in the host’s control. Will recommend.

We stayed for 2 weeks and we felt very comfortable. We liked it was very safe and our boys enjoyed the pool almost every day. Since I work remotely, I did miss to have an office desk at this place, but we managed to work from the dining area. Internet was very fast and reliable. We felt like home and I really appreciate the fast response when I requested to extend our stay. Thank you very much!

Overall, this house made it feel like HOME. It was clean, organized, spacious, inviting and pleasant to have spent my entire vacation literally relaxing in the house. We did utilize the backyard yard for some tanning sessions since the pool wasn’t going to be open for another two weeks. This AirBnB is the way to go! Thank you Michael and your family for giving us the privilege to stay in your home.

La estancia fue por motivos de trabajo. Bastante flexibles y atentos los propietarios de la casa, responden dudas e inmediatamente se encargan de cualquier problemita, excelente comunicación por parte de Damaris y su esposo . La cochera privada da mucha protección a los carros no hay que preocuparse por dejar el carro en la calle además que la casa se encuentra en fraccionamiento privado que requiere acceso lo cual fue un detalle muy importante para mis necesidades. El servicio de recolección de basura es excelente. Vecinos bastante tranquilos. Excelente servicio de internet para trabajar sin falla mientras realiza uno video llamadas. Toallas y blancos muy limpios y suficientes. Aire acondicionado trabaja muy bien. Ollas , cacerolas y utensilios de cocina en muy buen estado lo cual hace agradable cocinar por las mañanas. Tiendas de conveniencia y centro comercial muy cerca, muy tranquila el área incluso en fines de semana.

Lovely home in a gated community. Quiet area, neighbors friendly. There is significant temporary construction in the area, as an FYI.
