This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, very comfortable, well located for my access to the station but also the town itself. It was a toasty space during a cold spell and easy to relax in. Provided me with just what I needed ahead of me a move!

5 stars all round! The perfect place to escape for a few days, spotlessly clean and tidy with everything you need. The balcony seating is an added bonus and a lovely place to look out over peaceful surroundings. Self-contained and private but next to the friendly owners if you need anything. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay!

We had a brilliant stay - perfect location (easy walk to Lainston) and a brilliant home-from-home base. Stunning garden - wish we could have stayed longer!

It was very interesting to stay at this old historic coachman’s cottage. On a short walk there is little old travellers pub hidden away but obviously on what was once an ancient and now forgotten thoroughfare.

We absolutely adored staying at Naomi’s place! Within the first 5 minutes of being there I was ready to leave a 5* review. The hosts showed us round the property on arrival and we settled in to watching the amazing local wildlife - we saw the barn owl, deer, hares and swallows. The field out front was amazing for our two little dogs who have been asleep since we got home from all the excitement. And the interior of the property was gorgeous with everything you could need. The hosts gave us local walks and recommendations. We walked to the oak pub through the woods which we would recommend. We will definitely be back and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you 😊

The property is beautiful and fit our needs well. it's local to many shops, pubs/clubs and restaurants, while maintaining a level of quietness. the property has everything you could need, including mini shamp shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. the host and co hosts were quick and efficient with response to any questions we had, polite and friendly. overall I can not rate them highly enough.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return. Our hosts were a delight and exceptionally helpful and friendly.. The location is amazing. We were watching red kites in flight and even heard a cuckoo. Lots of walking trails nearby too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Winchester. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfy and welcoming with very comfy beds in every room. Claire was really easy to communicate with and very responsive to anything we needed her for. We werent quite sure where to park on arrival (more our misunderstanding than lack of info provided) and all was sorted out with a quick direct phone call. It's approx 25 mins walk into town via the gorgeous pedestrian river path through the water meadows which was a huge and unexpected highlight of our stay. Thanks for such a fab few days.

Amazing find, peaceful, immaculately clean and beautifully presented. Parking for 3 cars and all facilities needed. Beautiful woodland walks nearby and of course Highclere. Loved it, will book again.

Great little apartment that provided all the essentials before my trip to the Isle of Wight Festival the following day! Would highly recommend. Very clean and easy to check-in. Hosts were extremely helpful in their communications.

This studio was absolutely lovely, stylish clean and really comfortable, we were really impressed. It made for a very relaxing stay. Would definitely come back again!

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! The acommodation was wonderful, exactly what I was looking for and I am happy to have found it. The house was fully equiped, just felt like home. Beautiful, bright and very welcoming, at a short distance from the beach. The hot tube was the highligh for the chilly evening (sadly we messed up the water temperature a bit :D) Jemma is a great, allways responsive and helpful. I will totally book the place again for another getaway. Thank you!!!

Very comfortable stay. Great location in Sandbanks, in a peaceful location in short walking distance to the restaurants, and access to the dog friendly beach is just across the road. The property was ideal for us, spacious, plenty of room in the lounge, kitchen areas and bedrooms, and very well equipped. Direct access to the garden was great as we had our dog with us, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Leyla was super responsive, gave us all the details and attention needed. Very grateful to her. We will definitely stay again.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.
