Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Citrus Heights

There aren’t enough words or enough space to say how amazing this Airbnb is and how perfect our stay was. We came for a very important event in our lives and needed a peaceful, quiet, private and comfortable house, ideally walkable and nearby shops. Oh boy how it delivered! Julie Ann and Homer were absolute perfect hosts, responsive and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place is a true sanctuary, just like the ad says, it’s beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable, so quiet and in the middle of nature. I know that they are also working on offering experiences which I think will work great with the place. We were so comfortable that we were sad to leave and go home! We had a 6 weeks stay and it was a great fit for long term, we could have stayed much longer. It would work well for a weekend stay as well, but be warned you will never want to leave! We loved Kathleen’s home! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even snacks my 5 year old approved of! There was coffee for the morning, and everything we needed or forgot in the bathrooms. We would love to come back and stay next time we are in the area! My husband was even impressed with my find :) thank you so much Kathleen!

Chris’s house was perfect and so cute! The backyard was large and the games in the garage kept us having fun.

Alina’s house was perfect. The beds were super comfortable, definitely would stay again when I’m back in town. Thank you for hosting myself and my family

Nicole’s home was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast on the covered patio out back. Beds were very comfortable and the location was close to shopping, great restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay again if ever in Folsom or the Sacramento area!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

I had a wonderful stay at Lucia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The fast internet was perfect for work. Lucia was a fantastic host – helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Very nicely christmas themed, huge tv which was a big plus and very clean.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

I wish we could give 6 stars! This was even better than the photos (which are already stellar). And the stocked fridge and pantry could not have been a kinder, more generous gesture!

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Beautiful place! The house was everything as described by Jimmy and as mentioned in the reviews. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy the house much due to being in Sacramento for a funeral. Jimmy was very responsive. He quickly responded to a question I had.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ITS A WHOLE VIBE!!! Great for a Girls’ Trip! We had a group of 10 ladies for a girls' getaway, and this place was perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to enjoy, and the pool house was spacious—great for relaxing together. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the whole house was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels, serving dishes, and everything we needed to cook and hang out. It really felt like a home away from home. It’s peaceful and quiet out in the country, but still just a short drive to stores and shopping. The BBQ grill was a nice bonus for outdoor meals. Thank you, Brendan, for being a great host and making sure everything was just right. We would absolutely stay here again!

This beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool is just what we needed for our family reunion! We had six adults sleeping there and our grandkids visiting some days. We cooked a lot of food and swam a little bit. The backyard was peaceful and we enjoyed going for walks on nearby trails. We appreciated the large square footage because we came from several time zones and were on different sleep schedules and this house provided the space we needed to spread out or to gather. Would definitely stay here again!
