Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Citrus Heights

Definitely recommend staying here. Will hopefully come back here soon. Me and my wife loved the place from top to bottom. Felt like a dream staying here. I would stay here again definitely. Host was very responsive and the place felt like a dream i did not want to wake up from. 5 star all the way!

Our group had a fantastic time during our stay. The weather was perfect to enjoy the mornings outside for breakfast, jump in the pool when it heats up, and hop in the hot tub when it cools off a bit again at night. We had 11 stay here for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party and the sleeping accommodations worked well. We found the beds to be very comfortable and all the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. The theme for our weekend was summer camp and we played games throughout the weekend which was part of the reason why I chose this spot. The garage with the game setups were fantastic, and having the projector was awesome since we played a game of jeopardy. The outdoor grill was also perfect for burgers and hot dogs, something I enjoyed cooking more than I thought! We would definitely love to come back here. It has set a high bar for a trip like this.

I absolutely loved this house! The house is just as described actually better. The yard is a resort by itself. I felt like I was at a tropical location. Loved this house! The host Maria is truly a Super Host her communication and detail is bare none. She missed no details when prepping this house. Everything we needed was right there. Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We had a lovely stay! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy. We especially loved the backyard with the string lights — such a great space to relax in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible week at this perfect poolside retreat! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, with a layout and vibe that made us feel like we were vacationing in style. It was spotless, free of clutter, and stocked with all the essentials — basically, a dream setup for a family trying to pack light. Cassandra and Tom were fantastic hosts, always attentive and ready to help. Our kids are already lobbying to come back next year, and honestly, so are we. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone in need of a relaxing, hassle-free getaway.

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for our family. Our family was very comfortable in the space, and enjoyed the spacious common areas. Erik was very responsive and helpful with any requests or questions. Thank you Erik for letting us enjoy your home!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

I have deal with Jason on many occasions in different places and he is the best he is very responsive and I always make Jason my first pick when I’m in need of a place in the area. I really recommend Jason place if needed there is shopping and food area 6 minutes away freeway exit very near there’s nothing more you can ask for. Check out Jason’s place you won’t regret it. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, perfect for the long weekend with family. The kids loved the pool and trampoline. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even thanksgiving dinner. Nice neighborhood, great park within walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, restaraunts, movie theater and other family entertainment nearby. The location felt peaceful but also near many conveniences.
