Relax in this calm, stylish home. Our newly built one bedroom home is ready for you to visit the beautiful area of South Devon. Close to Brixham and Dartmouth, and a 30 minute drive to Dartmoor We face onto Churston Golf course and are a 15 minute walk to 2 local beaches Broadsands and Elberry Cove. The popular Train Of Lights in Dec can be seen from our home. For walkers the South West coastal path is near by, and National Trust properties, including Agatha Christie's very own Greenway House.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.
