The house is located at the end of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, ketch center, ball and basketball court. On the property is a lovely garden with sunny corners, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, children's area with sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside, there is a bright kitchen-living room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 bedrooms - 2 small and one slightly larger. The largest room has a double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones have beds of 120 cm and 140 cm respectively. In the living room is a futon mattress of 140 cm.

Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cabin is 56 m2 and contains entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, family room/living room as well as two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places. There is a heat pump and room for a baby cot in one bedroom. We will provide fresh ground coffee. Please bring towels and sheets

The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian zone and the center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not allowed to throw a party in the apartment.
