Holiday rentals with a patio in Chobham

We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We had a great stay (6 nights, 2 adults/2 children) Highlights: - Great LOCATION 💫✨✨ Apartment on a quiet street, with little car traffic. But close to all amenities (subway, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars...) and extremely well located in London for easy access to the different neighborhoods. - Small but very convenient and well designed apartment for a week stay with the family. 2 bedrooms with double beds (and small individual duvets for children). Well equipped kitchen, bathroom too, and a mini terrace in the shelter! Very efficient heaters if needed. - Very kind and helpful host, even if we did not have the chance to meet him… Self check-in and checkout (keypad) Weak point: - Soundproofing with the top landing a little light... we were woken up one night by the departure of the tenants at 3am... But hey, in the city center you can't have everything! Thank you again for this stay!!!

Nice place that was comfortable. We felt very safe here. The location was great, and was easily walkable to a couple of underground stations within about 10-15 minutes. Cindy was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely, spacious house with comfortable beds and a great location. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

Three of us stayed at Helen’s place for a week during our visit to London and I would recommend it to anyone. The home is very nice and cozy and all 3 of us had plenty of room and privacy. The property matches the description and pictures perfectly. Helen is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We loved everything about our trip, and we were so lucky that Helen was our Airbnb host as it made our trip so much better.

The apartment was close to two Tube stations, so getting around was very easy. Our flight landed at 7: 30 and we were able to check in early and leave our luggage so we could roam around unencumbered. Before our trip we requested and received a list of places to go and directions to get there. Since we were new to London, this was very helpful, indeed. The bedding was nice and soft and it was delightful to sit out on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. On our last day, we got locked out but Nadine's husband (who lives downstairs) was available to open the door and let us back in.

I had very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, clean, and a great location close to the tube with nice restaurants close by.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We found this apartment to be the perfect launch spot for our brief stay in London. The location was so perfect. Just 1 block from the central line, getting around the city was a breeze. You're also walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point but the host was quick to retrieve our keys for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would recommend this place for up to 3 people who want a laid back London experience!

A perfect place to stay. 8min walk to a big Tesco and bus stop right under the apartment. Stayed for 4 nights and really felt like home. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. Henri was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great location - 5 minute walk to grocery, cafes, and Cleveland Arms pub! Less than 10 minutes to Paddington station. Highly recommend.

We stayed a month at Alex’s place and found the flat well equipped, in an excellent location and very clean. I highly recommend his place!
