Holiday rentals with a patio in Chios

Everything was şerfect and the host responded every time without any delay !Highly recommended !

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

Çok tatlı merkezî bir ev. Akşam ve sabahları balkonda oturmak çok keyifli. Az da olsa deniz manzarası vâr. Arkeoloji müzesinin hemen üstünde ancak şu sıralar müze kapalı. Anahtarların kilitli kutu ile teslîm edilmesine bayılıyorum ve burada da bu sistem işliyor. Birkaç tüyo da verelim o hâlde. Evde ocak yok sanmayın (ben son gün fark ettim 😄) fırının üstünde bir kapak vâr ve onu açınca ocak ortaya çıkacak. Su kaynatma makinesi beni korkuttu çünkü çok fazla buhar çıkardı ve her tarafı alev alevdi makinenin, önerim ise başında beklemeniz ve buharları gördüğünüz an fişini çekmeniz. Duş başlığından sıcak su biraz fazla geç akıyor, 20 dakika gibi beklemeniz gerekebilir haberiniz olsun. Sabun, havlu, çarşaf, duş jeli hazır olarak sizi bekliyor ancak şampuan yoktu. Benim önerim bu tarz şeyleri her ihtimâle karşı küçük şişelerle getirmeniz. Sağlıcakla kalın, herkese iyi tatiller…

Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον κύριο Δημήτρη, ευέλικτες ώρες άφιξης-αναχώρησης σε σχέση με τις ώρες της πτήσης μας. Πολύ καλός και ο χώρος.

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

Beautiful apartment and building! Pristine and immaculate, with all the amenities! Wonderful view and balcony with seating to look at the view of the ocean. Proximity to town was fantastic. Owner was extremely quick to respond and communication was very easy. If I could give this listing 10 stars I would! An absolute gem and we will definitely be going back!!

Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς περιγράφονταν και ακόμα καλύτερα. Ο κος Γιώργος ήταν εξαιρετικός χωρίς να γίνεται κουραστικός. Πολλές μικρές λεπτομέρειας έκαναν την διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη όπως η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του χώρου και η συνεχής προμήθεια με καφέ τσάι και λοιπά. Ακόμα και φρούτα μας άφηνε στο δωμάτιο κάθε τόσο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα μιας και γίνεται μια προσπάθεια να νιώσεις άνετα και ευχάριστα που πλέον σπανίζει.

Maria muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Airbnb evinde değil, bizi çok seven bir akrabamızın evine gelmiş gibi karşılandık. Eve erken giriş ve geç çıkış ricalarımızı hiç kırmadı. İlk sabah bizim için kahvaltı ve pek çok lezzetli ikram hazırlamıştı. Evin konumu şehir merkezine çok yakın. Sakız tekrar gelirsek kesin Maria'da kalırız. σε αγαπάμε Μαρία ❤️

Φιλική κ εξυπηρετική η οικοδεσπότησα . Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης κ όλα είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα.

If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

Rezervasyon yaptığımız andan itibaren tüm sorularımızı hızlı ve detaylı cevapladılar. Ev, çok rahat, sakin ve konforluydu. Hiç bir güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık. Evdeki eşyalar son derece yeterli ve yeniydi. Paul, gün içinde de bize çok yardımcı oldu ve son derece güler yüzle davrandı. Çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Bir sonraki Sakız tatilimizde yine aynı yeri seçeceğiz. Teşekkürler

What an amazing stay! Everything was better than I imagined. Quite well desinged house in the middle of a nice, cosy Greek village. You’ll reach every major site within 15 minutes. Only downside is wifi was a bit slow.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Konum mükemmeldi, şehrin tam merkezinde olması sayesinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Ev gerçekten çok temizdi ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey düşünülmüştü. Özellikle ev sahibimize ayrı bir teşekkür borçluyuz inanılmaz yardımsever ve anlayışlıydı, eşyalarımızla ilgili konularda da çok destek oldu. Kendimizi güvende ve evimizde gibi hissettik. Hiç düşünmeden tekrar tercih ederim. Konum çok iyiydi, şehrin merkezinde konaklamak isteyenler için feribotlara ve porttaki güzel restoranla çok yakın, yerel restoranlar da aynı şekilde.

This is my second summer staying at this building, this time in a 1 bedroom. If Megas Limnionas is your home base, this is the place to stay. The location and the apartment are ideal. The apartment and appliances are new. The double balconies from both the living room and bedroom offer a great view of the ocean. The windows have metal pull-downs for complete blackout if desired. The water heater for the shower worked quickly and the AC units work well (just make sure to put the temp low). Also, Maria is a great host and very responsive. The refrigerator again had a few complimentary drinks and sweets upon our arrival. There is enough parking in the front for about four cars. Overall it was a 5-star stay and I will be coming back again next year. Thank you Maria!
