The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total The location is a dream, the furnishings and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

We were there with a group and had a great time. The cottage has absolutely met our requirements. Everything you need is available. The view is outstanding And the whirlpool was our absolute highlight. We'd love to come back.

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

Johanna's log cabin is a nice house with everything you need for a short break on the Irrsee. The rooms are a bit small, but there is enough storage space to accommodate everything and to be able to move freely. Beware of bed lengths and tall guests (we overlooked this in the description, but it was still possible). The large kitchen is very well equipped. A pan on the induction stove didn't work and Johanna was there with a new pan in no time! 🙂 The living area and the large, well-equipped terrace invite you to relax. A mini minus for us was that we thought that the house was directly by the lake. However, there is a sports/football field directly in between. Was used only a little during our stay. The lake access is within walking distance and very pleasant and quiet with a small catering station. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay for us. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for hiking and exploring Innsbruck. Antan was very nice and always easy to reach.

It was a beautiful stay and exactly what I needed to break away. The area was calm and quiet with a beautiful backdrop of the Alps right at your doorstep. Lisa & Pietra were really helpful throughout. I would definitely come back here!

Ute and her family were so sweet and warm. Always available . Helpful with everything you needed including leisure tips. The cottage was fantastically beautiful. The location as well. All in all a dream. We'll be back.

We were there with our 2 children and it was just gigantic. Huge, everything super clean and well equipped. Everything was super explained and easy. The sauna was great! The location, the view, the terrace and the fireplace - everything is fantastic! We will be back:)

I felt very comfortable right away. The log cabin is beautifully located in the middle of a large courtyard, it has everything you need and a great starting point to explore the surroundings. A really great stay :)

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

We visited Mittererb for a week with our children during the Whitsun holidays. The summer house was exactly what we were looking for. Well separated from the neighbours on the outskirts. The wooden furniture is all new and built with love by our own carpenter. The superbly equipped, cosy log cabin immediately won our hearts. We used the barbecue in the garden every evening. Pauline welcomed us warmly and gave us good tips for our excursions. The lakes in the area are very beautiful and also suitable for swimming in June. We'll be back!!!

The facilities were nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself

Thanks for a great vacation! The chalet is lovingly furnished and is simply fantastic. A few small touches complete the arrival and stay. Everything is very clean and the facilities are excellent. We lacked nothing!

The beekeeper's house was very cozy, authentic and equipped with many loving details. We had beautiful game evenings at the tiled stove and in front of the fireplace, enjoyed the peace in nature or experienced great ski days. Constantin (landlord) was always available, but everything was self-explanatory or factual information was available. Everything was to our satisfaction and we will definitely come back, so highly recommended. An all-round successful stay, thank you so much for the wonderful time!
