Monthly Rentals in Chideock

Had a great stay, visited lots of locations, cottage was very quiet despite being next to the Clock Inn, which we visited for a nice lunch on our day of arrival. Also went to the Anchor at Seatown and had lunch outside on a lovely sunny afternoon. Would definitely recommend a stay at the Friary, it had everything we needed and a lovely big kitchen for socialising in!

We had a wonderful couple of days in the annexe which was surrounded by absolutely beautiful countryside. The accommodation was exactly as described. Carol and Derek were perfect hosts.

The Studio was exactly as described and perfect for 2 people to stay in comfort and privacy. The hosts were lovely and friendly with helpful ideas for things to do and how to get the most out of the area. The property itself was spotlessly clean, with lovely flowers, cake, eggs and milk on arrival. The bed was super comfy and the whole place felt like time and care had been taken creating a wonderful experience for their guests. WiFi was good and The Studio felt like home. The pool table and table tennis in the games room were a great added extra and there is also an extensive library of books and DVD’s should you wish to make use of them. I would have no hesitation recommending this to anyone looking for a comfortable and cosy base to explore all that The Jurassic Coast had to offer. We will definitely be back when the opportunity arises. Super hosts who alllowed us to check out late as they had a gap in their booking schedule which was really appreciated.
