Great little place with a nice price tag and in an ideal location. Not to far from local stores and just a small walk across the road into beautiful trails. The place was clean and we loved our stay

Super-easy to get in, very clean cottage, lovely family! The little cottage was perfect for my 8 day stay in Chico. The neighborhood is very walkable. Highly recommend staying here. You have everything you could ever need, including privacy if you want that! Deserae and her family are delightful people and I am very glad I stayed there.

Staying with Nancy at her farm was an experience, it wasn’t a stay. I got to interact with animals and meet extraordinary people. Her place is remarkably well groomed. She never stops cleaning and maintaining the property and animals. She is always there to help and answer questions but is never obtrusive. I booked for a month and extended it to three months. It felt like home and I just couldn’t leave. It was a perfect stay! I plan to return again and again!
