We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

Charming backyard cottage with pool

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
