A small country cottage in the beautiful village of Plaistow, West Sussex, famous for having over 30 listed properties. The cottage is annexed onto the Grade II listed main house with 9 acres of land. It has its own front door and private rose garden. The stairlift is not in use. The fireplace is an electric stove. The bed has a superking bed with separate bathroom and bath not shower. Kid’s beds are available on request. There is parking outside your front door and many beautiful walks.

Guests are welcome to access the beach at the end of our 200ft garden via a gate. Decking area near the gate for guests' use overlooking beach Opposite the caravan, attached to our bungalow is a private shower room with toilet and basin. Please bring your own towels. Guests need to bring their own bedding The caravan is for 2 persons Electric hook up. Car parking space next to the caravan. Quirky converted ambulance.

Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay....or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Breakfast, tea, coffee, sugar and first pint of milk supplied.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
