Very nice and spacious house with a huge yard and patio facing the Elkhorn River. The house had many amenities and the host was very responsive. Upstairs bathroom had the coolest shower ever.

We enjoyed our stay at Bernardo's. Having the privacy of the entire basement was great. The kitchen was very well equipped (we especially enjoy having a fullsized refrigerator available where we travel, as we take and prepare most of our food), plenty of towels in the bathroom. Bernardo provided clear instructions and even some proactive messaging to be sure we were comfortabler and informed.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay at this beautiful historic home! Rod and Karen were so responsive and helpful. Our favorite part was the location and the ability to walk to a playground/park, and also to many bars and restaurants! The only thing I would note is that if you are 6ft, or taller, some of the features of the historic home can be challenging like the smaller doorways/bathrooms. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Would highly recommend this place to others staying in Elkhorn or surrounding areas.
