Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

The house is located on the first floor just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Chia. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bedroom with two beds. The house is equipped with many amenities including air conditioning, washing machine, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, mosquito net, iron, clothes rack and linens (sheets and towels) Also upon request we provide a crib and umbrella for the sea.
