Welcome to our beautiful villa, a few steps away (300m) from a stunning and quiet beach! This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi (>200Mbps) , TV, and a study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

Sie mieten zwei kleine Landhäuser für maximal 6 Personen . Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.
