Family-friendly holiday rentals in Chia

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had some wonderful days at the house that offered great spaces, billiards and ping pong tables as well as in a very good location close to amazing beaches. The host replied very quickly and the communication was quick and easy with local tips. Highly recommend the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Coffee, chips, juices and water already provided at the reception Kitchen even equipped with spices, pasta, vinegar, oil, etc., plenty of dishes and utensils very clean, beautiful view to the sea, quiet location great and easy communication with Taty, always available and always with tips and recommendations to help absolute recommendation!!!

Massimo is an outstanding Host! We encountered some issues independent of Massimo, and he was always available by email or physically on site. She's a warm, welcoming person with one obsession: Your comfort Thank you Massimo ... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a small jewel. Also check out the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! This place is no ordinary place – it's a little paradise that feels right at home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and makes you forget everyday life immediately. It is a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take care of the property with great care, but also meet their guests with real warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they got a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side all the time – with a self-evident that touched us deeply. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best review you can give.

We had a great week at Mario's place. The accommodation is impeccable and comfortable in a quiet environment and with a beautiful garden with direct access to the sea. Mario has communicated with us throughout our stay to see if everything is going smoothly. He guided us before our trip and sent us many good addresses whether convenient or touristy. Mario is very attentive with his hosts, and small touches awaited us upon our arrival (fruits, drinks ,breakfast...). We highly recommend Mario for your stay in Sardinia, you will not be disappointed either by the accommodation or by Mario.

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. Lisa is absolutely charming and efficient. Will stay again.

Best Air bnb we have stayed in. the bungalow and garden are simply amazing. We had the best week with our children who loved the magical garden. Everything you need for a holiday is there ( beachtowels, umbrella, gemessen etc). The decor inside the house is lovely and gives it a very nice beach vibe. Paolo, who did the check in, was very sweet and even provided food and Snacks and wine for us on arrival.

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. From all rooms you can get to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs into town every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, that's already good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A few nice chairs in the garden would still be great. And thank you to Daniela for the great care when checking in and out and the many tips.

Villarotonda was superior to every aspect. Nearby the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. Large and comfortable spaces. House provided for any need. A place you want to come back to.

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

We had a lovely stay here and lucked out with the weather so we made full use of the pool and loungers ! We wanted privacy, peace and seclusion and that's what we got but Mhatias was always on hand to answer any questions and queries answering our messages quickly. A lovely place to stay with the beaches, hills and towns in easy reach by car - this is a must !
