We're Karen and Phil, together with our 30 year old son we have lived in our beautiful 5 bedroom Victorian home for 27 years. It was built in 1895 and retains most of its original stunning features! We are conveniently situated 15 min drive from Manchester city centre. The Metrolink is 5 minutes walk away which will take you north, south, east & west of Manchester...including the Manchester Arena and the airport. The M60 - J17 is half a mile away.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE.
