Holiday rentals with beach access in Cheshire

We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

We stayed at Haydn’s place for a couple nights, we arrived from Liverpool a few hours early and Haydn allowed us a early which was very helpful. The Flat was great, spotless throughout and we felt right at home. Some lovely restaurants nearby and about a 25 minute walk into Llandudno Pier. Would definitely recommend this Flat, one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in.

My family and I loved our stay in Louise’s home. The place was well equipped for all of us, including our one year old. Our children were very happy spending all their time in the garden and it was a beautiful spot to sit and relax. Louise also provided us with recommendations for a good Sunday lunch at the Queens head a short drive away. Well worth it.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Pauline’s place is in the perfect location next to the North Pier with beautiful views of the sea and the most amazing sunsets. We worried about the noise after reading some reviews but the noise from the bars downstairs wasn’t too bad and certainly didn’t disturb our sleep or disturb us when we were watching tv. The apartment was spotless, had everything you needed and we would definitely stay again if we ever return to Blackpool.

A beautiful little flat, well decorated and furnished. It's on a bus route (across the road - diagonally), not that we caught the bus. There's plenty of space in the flat, lots of information and leaflets about things to do. The host is responsive and friendly. We would definitely return.

A group of us stayed for a hen do and the house was perfect plenty of beds, bathrooms and space to socialise the weather was good and the garden had plenty of seating to enjoy the sun! The house is very well equipped with little extras like cocktail shakers, afternoon tea stands, games cupboard, books all the little details that make a stay like a home from home and perfect for hosting celebrations or equally family getaways. Easy access to Liverpool but we also thoroughly enjoyed a meal at the local so salsa tapas bar and a trip to the bus yard on the beach at Crosby marina if you don’t want to go into the city centre. Thank-you Catherine and Claire for being perfect hosts we would recommend your air b n b to anyone !

Jane’s place was great for us- near to shops, walkable distance to the windmill and water. Very friendly locals. House had everything we needed and facilities were good.

This is a lovely place to stay very cosy clean and comfortable. Simon was very friendly and informative as he greeted us on arrival. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

had a great multi generation stay here to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. lovely house with lots of bathrooms. great location. Hayley is responsive and helpful. Perfect stay. Fish and chips at Seniors, locally. Tiggis restaurant was great and very local. Great for a family seaside traditional holiday. Thank you 😊

George and his daughter are lovely people. Their home is so clean, warm and had everything you could possibly need. Having it accessible for my son’s wheelchair was amazing and the downstairs bedroom really helpful. The location to visit Blackpool is just perfect, the tram stop is opposite so getting to the tower or the pleasure beach is easy, but the house itself is that little bit away, with excellent parking, making it ideal for a family. Very fair price too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect. I could say so much more but that sums it up. Lovely house, hosts are great, friendly and helpful, location is fantastic just by the beach, clean, tidy, everything you could ask for. If you are looking for a place in Penrhyn Bay or anywhere near you'd be daft not to stay here

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

we've stayed at Alyson's place a few times. The apartment is always lovely and clean, alyson is always there to meet you and is flexible with check-in, if the apartment is ready before the check-in time. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely flat in great location - 5 mins from shops, station and the sea. Had all necessary requirements for 2 of us to stay in comfort. Plenty of hot water constantly. Kitchen equipped beyond normal expectations and with lovely fixtures and fittings. Lynn was very helpful letting us check in early and leave late and left us a lovely vase of flowers and a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. All in all a great stay. Thanks you Lynn

Stunning accommodation, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the sea and the tower from the charming Juliette balcony that embraced the property. Nestled in a wonderfully quiet area next to the Gynn Roundabout, it offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet it's only a 20-minute stroll to the central pier. The amenities are outstanding! With a projector for cosy movie nights, a nest controller for central heating, and a warm log burner, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and truly embrace your stay. The ensuite bathroom and additional toilet enhance the convenience, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group. One of the standout features is how spotless everything is; it’s clear that the host takes immense pride in maintaining this beautiful property. From the moment you step in, it feels inviting and fresh. I was also amazed by the tranquillity at night. I would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.
