We were2 families with 2 Adults and 2 Kids each stayed here for 2 nights. It is Located on a outskirts of Paris in a very calm and peaceful location. Just 10mins to Disneyland by car. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

Highly recommended, especially for a dog owner. Immensely large garden that we were allowed to use. It was enjoyable and actually too short.

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my partner's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Great looking place, clean, quiet. There is a giant electric power line right outside the front yard but did not bother us and check in time is kinda late but Really loved the spot super well equipped. Would recommend trying it out here if youre headed to disney

This is my second time to come. It’s very convenient and easy to have my own space. The only thing is a little hot because no cold air conditioner.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from holiday and were delighted. Very nice, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

This is my second stay at Ahmed's, which was more than pleasant with my mother, booked in special circumstances, and the host was very responsive even at a late hour, which I really appreciated. The apartment is as described, clean, large and very close to the RER, and we had a great stay. Thank you.

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

Mia was an amazing host! We were staying for a whole month. She was very communicative from the very beginning and always checked in to make sure everything is alright. We were in the process of moving to Paris and she did not hesitate to help us with recommendations. The place was perfect for our dog and it is very peaceful. The place had a functioning AC and is equipped with everything one needs. When the dryer broke, Mia did not hesitate to have it immediately replaced to avoid any inconveniences - truly amazing and I can only recommend staying at any of her places with such an amazing host. I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

Kevin's apartment is perfect. It has lot's of space, fully functional kitchen and best location which is quite close to the city. Kevin was flexible regarding check in time which helped us a lot in conveniently planning our day in Paris. We enjoyed staying there in the quiet suburb, away from the hustle of Paris after roaming in the city the whole day. Kevin also suggested nice bakery nearby which had amazing pastries. Parking isn't available on premises but you could find a lot of places around the neighborhood. Location of the key is tricky but we found it in first go, Thanks to Kevin's instructions. All in all totally worth it & I would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

My stay at Em’Barka’s was wonderful, very spacious apartment that is nicely decorated. I especially like to thank Em’Barka for always being so helpful with her prompt reply. Quiet neighborhood that makes me feel safe as well. Good health and safe travels always.

The environment of the house is very good and the facilities are complete.

We had a great stay at Marielle's, everything was perfect! The accommodation is very clean, super decor the bathroom is beautiful! Everything is well thought out, very well located with several free car parks a few metres away which is very rare. Marielle is very kind and very responsive! More than perfect value for money! I will not hesitate to come back, I recommend it 100%!
