NB. the annexe is not a 'day/holiday sanctuary' as life continues around it during the busy working day within a residential road. Most suitable for those working (regular hours) in the area as guest will be required to vacate the property daily between the hours of 11.00-16.00 or thereabouts.

Ewell East station is just a 10 minute walk, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. An ideal base for exploring the peaceful surroundings of Surrey and the vibrant city life of London. Close to Epsom Racecourse, Ewell Village and Cheam Village with plenty of good pubs, shops and restaurants. It has a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with double oven and dishwasher.

No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

A cosy self contained accommodation in a quiet, residential area ideal for relaxing or as a base for work. It is a 10 minute walk from Stoneleigh station with connections to Wimbledon, Central London or Guildford. There are bus stops nearby to Epsom, Kingston and Sutton. By car you can reach the M25 (junction 10) in 15 minutes.
