The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

We rent the main part of our family house during the holidays. It is fully renovated with a large garden and a large terrace. Fully equipped, ideal with children. One hour from Paris and one hour from Rouen. The house is split in two. My husband will work in the other part, the door that gives access to this side of the house will be closed.
