Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Chatham County

Great location! We walked over to Fraser’s restaurant one night for dinner and also had takeout there one night. Great condo and convenient to everything in Sea Pines. The free bikes were a nice added touch plus my boys visited the gym just outside the Sea Pines gate everyday! Close to beach club and a great stay for our family. Will book again next year!

I have been vacationing on HH for over 25 years. I have stayed in many areas on the island. Sea Pines is the best place to stay. You don't need to leave the community. The condo has a very well stocked kitchen. The condo is in an ideal location: 9m bike ride to Harbour Town, 25m bike ride to South Beach, 5m bike ride to the beach. The walk to the beach is very enjoyable as well. Wonderful restaurants within biking distance. I am not crazy about carpet in a rental, but the carpet upstairs works better for our senior dog. I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was serene and peaceful with the lake setting. The unit was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I think this was one of my favorite units we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many. The only downside was it wasn’t the most accessible for the trails. We had to cross the very busy street which felt a little dangerous. We have booked with Jessica and plan to again for all of our SeaPines bookings.

Had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! Our first time to Hilton Head. We really enjoyed being in Sea Pines. The heated pool was great for the littles. The sea pines beach club was perfect.

Lesley is an amazing host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The house was perfect for celebrating a graduation with family. There’s something for everyone with game room, yoga room, fire pit, hot tub, and karaoke! And plenty of space to gather in the kitchen or relax around the house. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Sid’s place! The location on Oglethorpe Square couldn’t be better—charming, central, and walkable to everything. No need for a car or Uber. We rented both apartments (#3 and #4), and they were beautifully furnished, spacious, and perfect for our group of five women. Apartment #3 (2nd floor) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and living area. Apartment #4 (3rd floor) features a king bedroom, 2 baths, kitchen, media room, and an amazing rooftop deck—we spent a lot of time up there! The private entrances to both units are next to each other inside the building, which made moving between them super convenient. Street noise was minimal, and white noise machines in each bedroom were a thoughtful touch. Sid was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and informative. The property was exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was amazing! It was the perfect house for us and it was in excellent location to get to everything on the island. Definitely will be back again!

I chose Patricks place for how nice the house the looks, the pool table, and 100 inch projection screen. Watching the nba final with the cool night air on the porch was amazing. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and the shower has great water pressure. Its easy to find and Patrick provides great instructions. I will definitely book again.

The location was great for our weekend of baseball. It was 25 minutes from the ball fields. The kids loved the pools and the area. It was quiet and the neighbors were pleasant when seen. The house itself was spotless and accommodated all four families that stayed there together very comfortably. It was very inviting and all in all the stay experience was great. We will be booking back with them when we come back to town.

The house was meticulously clean and fresh and I have zero complaints about it. We were meeting friends with whom we were going to continue the trip with and liked the idea of a big dining table and living room vs two separate rooms of a hotel. I sort of feel many Airbnb accommodations have lost their personal touch and it’s just a business here with them running many properties…. I get it but was disappointed when my daughter wanted to drop off her suitcase early so she could check out the town until others arrived there was going to be an up-charge for “insurance purposes” and when my other daughter left some jewelry there was a $60 charge to have someone mail it to us. No going above and beyond and I feel it’s all about the profit margin. But then I’m grateful there was an honest cleaning crew and it was reported and mailed to us. And my daughter just took her suitcase to a place in town where you could pay for it to be held until it was time to check in

My SeaPines stay exceeded expectations. Lovely open, nice and open. Had everything I needed. So close to beach for walking at sunrise. Very quiet at night, very peaceful. Loved every minute

Really enjoyed the close proximity of all the activities we enjoy...walking, biking hitting the beach. Happy we could bring our small pup with us.

Jessica's place was better than the pictures depicted! The place was a great location, being only a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Some days we walked and used the wagon that included 4 beach chairs and other days we rode the bicycles that were left for our use. The trolley is near by or bicycling everyone is always an option, as Sea Pines, has several things to do, including visiting Harbor Town, Lawton Stables, and great restaurants. Jessica was very responsive, and the place was clean and very comfortable. We mostly hung out together in the family room, that overlooks the lagoon, with jumping fish! And the semi-private pool, was great, as it was literally 20 steps outside the back door. We'd definitely come back and stay here!

We have been coming to HHI for many years and always stay in Sea Pines but this was our first time staying at plantation club. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful and updated and it was the perfect location for a nice walk to the beach or Harbour Town. We will definitely be back.
