Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Channel Islands Beach

Carinas home was great, modern spacious clean living areas and bedrooms, close to a great coffee shop. Big tv’s in all rooms were a bonus. Would stay again.

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

What a great spot by the beach! The place was as described and was perfect for a quiet getaway near the sand. Parking was very easy and the hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Would recommend either for a couple or small family.

We had a great stay at Oxnard at Matthew's place. It was clean and as described, with all the amenities for a great beach vacation. There were a lot of good food options closeby and the local neighborhood had a laid back, beachy vibe. The house had literally everything we need and more to spend the day at the beach ( but we couldnt get time to do all of it ) The best part was catching the sunset off the beach ( spectacular ) and a day trip to Channel Islands where we had a blast with the kids. Matthew is a thoughtful host and was very helpful during the stay. We had a small glitch with the internet during the stay - and Matthew was very responsive and helped us thru the problem.

Great comfy clean modern beach home. Shannon is very responsive to queries and has thought of everything. We stay in alot of vacation rentals and The Melrose is top notch. Generous and thoughtful host. Things like tons of good Pete’s coffee pods and creamer, teas etc. Popcorn Lots of extra supplies like kitchen items foils, ziplocks, paper towels, TP even bottled water. Beds were comfy, amazing spa master bath and a great quiet neighborhood too. Lots of beachtoys and even wetsuits for the whole family. Shannon was a joy to interact with too.

Had a great time staying here. Very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of fun things to do close by.

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

The house is really nice and cozy. Easy to access. Kitchen has all the required utensils and other cookware.

I loved my stay here! My friends and I had a perfect weekend get away! Very close to the downtown area and they gave awesome food recs. The view from the patio cannot be beat on a clear day. The furniture was awesome as well. My friends and I slept so well, it was maybe one of the best beds that I've slept on in a long time. Close driving distance to the beach, was a very seamless experience.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

Amanda’s place made it super easy to get everything I wanted out of this amazing town! Truly just 1 minute from the beach, walkable to the cute DT, parking spots were easy to find, and very peaceful little patio. Thank you for a great stay!

The perfect place for a beautiful quiet weekend getaway. Beautiful sights and sounds of beach steps away, every room was spotless. Couldn’t ask for more, my first time in Cali, having such a beautiful space to stay in with cleanliness and everything as described made me feel at home. Nicely secured, gym w everything you could ask for in it! hot tub and pool give vacation vibes, Palm trees Club house w pool table! , outdoor lounge area with grill and fireplace I plan to stay again and of course having such responsive understanding accommodating host made my stay comfortable thanks again
