Holiday rentals with a patio in Channel Islands Beach

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

This is my son's and I second time enjoying this wonderful place . We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the surroundings. Everything fit our needs. We would love to make this a yearly trip. Thanks for being such a great host!

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. very clean. a little difficult to find initial. the photos made it seem like a separate unit but it is an apt building. the inside was amazing and clean. the beds were firm and comfortable. overall a great place.

This was our second time staying here and once again, we’re giving it 5 out of 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The host is one of the kindest and most accommodating we’ve ever encountered—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The space was spotless, and we could tell the carpets had just been cleaned. It smelled fresh and felt truly inviting. We had requested a microwave before our stay, and it was ready for us upon arrival—such great hospitality. The bed was super comfortable, the area was peaceful and quiet, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive to Malibu. Everything is nearby and convenient. It’s an amazing value for the price. Only a couple of minor cons: the couch is quite old and could use replacing, and being in a nature-heavy area, your car may get dirty from nearby trees—but neither of those would stop us from coming back. The backyard with the tennis/ basketball court was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to play. We really enjoyed the 4 different living spaces, provided ample amount of room and space for everyone. The smart televisions in the rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! The nearby shopping plazas put everything at our fingertips.

I enjoyed my stay here, great area and very clean house and comfy home. Judy was very considerate to me for my situation. I would recommend anyone to staying here!

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Super convenient! I just stayed here with our 2 dogs and loved it! It’s a decent sized place, got 3 bedrooms and lots of room for everyone. They’ve got everything you need right there, felt just like home. Loved the snacks and wine and flowers left as a welcome after a long day of travel! The house has its own driveway so parking was easy, right in front of our door. The hosts stay upstairs and are super nice. Melissa helped me out with tips about what to do around the area. There’s a big yard too, fenced in, so good for dogs or just hanging out. The neighborhood is actually off the beaten path, so not a lot of traffic other than folks who live there. You do hear the highway cause it's right there, but it’s not too bad. It makes it super easy to get around to Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and other spots quick.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Second time staying at this location. Excellent as always. Tanner and Jess are extremely responsive and their place has all of the amenities that you could want to make a rental feel like home. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Amanda’s place was exactly what we were looking for— calm, close to the beach, walkable, and comfortable. We stayed there with our son (8 months), and Amanda provided us a crib, seat, and bathtub which made our stay that much easier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place next to the beach with their partner or small family.
