Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Champagne-Ardenne

Loyal to the listing, ideally placed to get out and enjoy the city center.

First of all, Jan is the perfect host. I have used the air bnb many times and he was very kind and considerate and helped me avoid problems with my trip. The accommodation has a living room, a room, a bathroom, everything as shown in the photos and provides comfort. If I visit Luxembourg again, of course I will stay here and would love to see Jan again:)

Very nice apartment, very nice, it feels at home. Very bright rooms. We spent 3 weeks there in March. Shops are at the foot of the residence. Only downside, but we knew the situation when booking, these are the floors to climb; when you come back from the thermal space it's a bit complicated. But that doesn't stop us from planning a new reservation for 2026. Christine was very available for our check-in. Recommended.

A flawless apartment, and particularly well-equipped. A special note for the baby equipment, kitchens or games that are particularly provided. Everything is easy in this apartment.

very nice apartment. Tastefully decorated, sober. Very nice and bright. low rate parking in the immediate vicinity (Parking du Théâtre de Champagne). nearby restaurant and hall as well. Downtown and choice of restaurants 10' walk away. i highly recommend it. Wide and very nice check-in and check-out time!

Easy walk to many restaurants. The space in the front of the apartment has awesome light. The parking could be an issue overnight.

Very good stay at Jerome's, apartment as described, very clean. Queen bed, very comfortable, very nice! Apartment in a small quiet building, street and also a very quiet area. Only a very small downside, it's not that easy to park on the street, but there are places on adjacent streets. We'll be back!

I highly recommend Mike's place, we had a quiet relaxing time, between jacuzzi, cinema and barbecue. Thank you for their hospitality and responsiveness

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Feel free to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or anything else. The house and its facilities gave us a real haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before relaxing in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire location which for me was a real favorite! Anyway, go for it!

Just heaven. Thank you so much and we loved Brigitte who was there to check us in, she was simply gorgeous. Beautiful house and gardens. We had the most wonderful night to finish off our ski holiday before our shuttle home. Loads to keep the children entertained and we had a bbq in the spring sunshine before sinking into comfy beds. Very nice cottage in a quiet location. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped and the apartment was spacious. Glad we had our own parking space. Communication was very fast and friendly.

We had a very nice stay in Xavier's apartment. It is a neat and nice apartment and is located on a quiet street. There is a lot to do in the area and we enjoyed our days here. Furthermore, Xavier was very friendly and thoughtful, he sent a message every now and then how it was and if he could help us with anything. In short, had a really good stay and the champagne region is definitely worth a trip

Mattia was a great host and it was a pleasure to stay here. The place is great, as described, and has a perfect location. It is a short walk to the train station (maybe 8 minutes), and just a minute or two away from a tram stop that goes quickly into the city center - or with a few more stops goes to the airport. Mattia was very helpful with checkin, always responsive, and flexible if we needed anything. We would happily stay here again if we are ever back in this charming city!
