Holiday rentals with a patio in Champagne-Ardenne

My daughter and I had a nice time at the studio. It was very tidy and Anthony and Elodie were always very quick to respond to my messages. Great location with a bus stop nearby to get to the station.. Within 10 minutes you are in Disneyland Paris. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Paris.

We had a great stay, the place is exactly as described, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. We loved to relax in the little patio with the big couch and flowers!

We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious apartment . It is beautifully renovated in a beautiful colour scheme. You can walk to the city centre, market hall and many restaurants in 2 minutes. We went to Reims by train for a day. You can park your car for free near the station. Behind the apartment is also a great parking space. Bertrand and Daphnée are friendly, helpful and respond quickly. If you want to visit Chalon and Champagne, this is a great place.

It is rare to find an Airbnb where there is nothing to complain about, everything is so perfect from the welcome, to the cleanliness, to the services, to the decoration... many delicacies so appreciable when you arrive in a new accommodation 10/10

Beautiful apartment in a really lovely location. We loved the decor and felt right at home! Val d’Europe literally around the corner which made for great access to shops and restaurants. And Disneyland an easy 25min walk. Have to give special mention to L’Atelier Boulangerie…5 min walk and the best baguettes, pastries and cakes!

Great apartment in the countryside, very nice host, unfortunately too short a stay to enjoy the garden.

We spent one night at Laetitia’s place on our way to Italy with our dog. The cottage was really perfect for our needs, comfortable and homely with a fantastic, spacious, courtyard equipped with lounging furniture and BBQ. Laetitia was very welcoming and communicative, she left us some lovely treats and we felt right at home straight away. We had originally planned to go out for dinner but the place was so nice that we decided to make the most of it instead. A couple of steaks from the local butcher on the BBQ a nice bottle of Bourgogne red and we were happy! Must also mention that there is a fantastic dog walk less than a minute away all along the canal! We will certainly be back!

Great stay beautiful apartment everything as described one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in, I drive an EV charging is no problem at the near by E Leclerc hypermarché in Champfleury, would recommend the tram into Reims parking at the TGV station

Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

We spent one night on our trip through France with Pauline. We would have liked to stay longer :-). The accommodation is very well maintained, clean and furnished with love. The conservatory and garden are large and atmospheric. Pauline even thought of our dogs with a small welcome gift. Overall, the place is a clear recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely Magical! As amazing as the space looks in the photos, the reality is truly spectacular! Every detail and every element is passionately crafted, curated - sculpted and painted with an attention to detail that inspires wonder and excitment at every turn. Hélène and Stephane graciously welcomed us in, and walked us through the many secrets of their enchanting labyrinth. It is clear that they have put an enormous amount of love into the creation of this peaceful haven, and that they are passionate about sharing this magic with others!

We had a wonderful stay!! The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet perfect for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is also great, close to beautiful spots and lovely views. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and special getaway!

A total 5* stay. From the offset, great instructions to get in - got videos by whataspp for each aspect, which was fantastic and made it easy to follow. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Child friendly, quiet, clean. Nice quality shower. Good kitchen. Good sleeping arrangements. Overall great stay and would recommend for sure. Took a cab to Disney from the apartment to save the little legs walking for when inside. But location wise definitely walkable. Also really close to the shopping and restaurants. Wish i knew the great shopping and would have stayed an extra night for that alone! :)

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

Stunning place, and the most homely Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in :) Completely spotless and it really has everything you could ever need. The garden is big and quiet, looking over the fields. Supermarket nearby. Easy parking and handy garage space if you’re coming with bikes or a pushchair. Overall we love it and Anja has been really responsive and helpful!

Three great rooms, all with comfortable queen beds. The house is big, lots of space to hang out. Although, we walked into the old city. In just 15 min you are across the bridge into the heart of old Luxembourg and the pedestrian district. The B&B could not possibly be in a better location. Absolutely ideal.

A real favourite for this charming place, carefully and perfectly integrated into a peaceful landscape. You just feel good there. Special mention for the welcome: do not hesitate to accept the tea that may be offered to you on arrival — a beautiful encounter, just like this unique place.
