absolutely fantastic place, we had a lovely time exploring St Albans and the flat is literally in the heart of the city. We couldn't ask for more value for our money and Molly has been exceptional, thank you!

Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

Terrific location for exploring Windsor (and the drive from here to Stonehenge was not bad either.) Close to everything but still quiet. Jeremy was very helpful with instructions for check-in. The place had everything we needed and the included parking spot was so helpful!

We had such a wonderful time. The flat has absolutely everything you need and plenty more. The art, the plants, the books and the decor make it a very special place. Situated close to the beautiful Terrace Gardens and Richmond Park and with cafes , pubs and convenience stores steps away you will not be disappointed. Easy walk down the hill to the station and everything Richmond has to offer. James was absolutely charming and super helpful. Highly recommend🤗

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely quirky cottage with spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen. Very well equipped and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Had a very relaxed one night stay. Great that the check out time was 12pm, much appreciated. Many thanks.

Gave 5 stars bc of great space and parking available to us considering London where very tight roads and everyone parks with 2 wheels on sidewalk. Coming from Fl, USA with big houses and tall ceiling to London with majority small spaces and 1 bathroom- Kevin’s home was perfect with enough to accommodate this Florida family! They should call the backyard room Hagrid’s hut bc look like it and add some Harry Potter items! Amazing stay and close to Warner’s Harry Potter tour which is the point of our booking! Thx for everything! Thoroughly enjoyed our time in your home. Minor issues were mentioned to us by owner- upstairs bathroom - but full use of downstairs so not a deal breaker! Please know that you will be very comfortable here!

We had a great 4 Nights at the Folly’s. Such a lovely place to stay, we travelled down the west side of London with ease, visited Windsor & Henley on Thames. The kitchen is stunning with views of the garden!! Wait until you see the utility room, when you find it !!! My favourite place!! Bedrooms and showers were great, upstairs has a lovely view when you wake up in the morning. Parking outside the property for a couple of large cars. Would definitely recommend saying at Andrea’s property.

I just love this little hideaway! This was our second visit. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The walled garden is a real treat, and there’s a lovely stream running through the peaceful garden. It’s just a few minutes drive to Windsor, yet it’s set in the peaceful countryside. Very well placed if visiting Windsor or surrounding area. We will be back again next year because there is simply nowhere nicer to stay. The hosts are lovely too! Highly recommend.

Perfect, the position is right in Windsor so walkable to the Castle, the shops, restaurants and train stations as well as Eton over the river. Kate is a great communicator and her place is spotless and as described, the amenities covered everything you could possibly need and the welcome basket was unexpected but gratefully received. Would stay again.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

This was the second time we are staying at Lola's apartment! We had an amazing 2-day stay at Lola's apartment! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. What truly made the stay special was Lola's kindness and hospitality. She went out of her way to help in many ways. Her quick responses and attention to detail made everything seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better host. I highly recommend staying at Lola's place and would definitely come back again. We loved our weekend in Jilly and David’s beautiful property. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The property is immaculate, very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with all amenities thought of. It was a welcoming home from home. We had two wonderful nights of peaceful sleep and woke to splendid views in the mornings. The property sits in the most gorgeous private gardens, with direct access onto an easy walking path through scenic meadows that lead straight to Ashridge House (it takes around 20 mins). We enjoyed meeting Jilly and David, who are the kindest hosts. We really enjoyed speaking with them about the local area and the work they had put into their lovely garden. They were very welcoming as soon as we arrived and explained where everything was and how it all worked. They gave us lots of tips about places to eat and visit with our two children. Bonus points for meeting Alfie, their sweet, friendly, well behaved dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

A great short-stay at Lars’ bohemian escape in Buntingford. Well located along the high street, but facing away from the busy road, it was nice and peaceful. The space is decorated with interesting things, and I paged through some of the hundreds of architectural and decor books and magazines. Clean, functional- I’d definitely stay again. Lars as a host was very responsive with communication and the check in process was well explained.
