A modern very spacious bungalow which will easily accommodate 4. 1 bedroom with a double bed & living space with a double bed settee, and a Z bed if required. Fully fitted kitchen. Wi-Fi included.

A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

There are stunning country walks, a huge array of activities, 2 excellent local pubs, a coffee shop, wetlands bird sanctuary & there is so much to see & do.

Unique tiny home in lovely location

The Dairy is a unique and beautifully renovated tiny home, with an open plan living area and a mezzanine sleeping deck. The property is set in a peaceful secluded valley, only 5 minutes drive from the market town of Tavistock. There is a south facing deck, equipped with barbecue and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The sleeping area has limited head height and is accessed by ladder only, please do not book if this is at all challenging for you.

This is a perfect base to explore the South West and Dartmoor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room. A beautiful bathroom with a clawfoot bath and a separate wet room shower, and two bedrooms (1 single). Please note, there are no laundry facilities.

Dogs welcome. The historic cottage (grade 2 listed) was refurbished to a high standard. Renewable energy sources: solar and biomass.
