The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new house in a quiet neighbourhood, with a view of the mountains, in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to provide you with some tips and recommendations. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

Ideally located for hiking or ski resorts, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min, biking, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels.
